The SpeelDagHB is ment for all (presumably) gifted children of approximately 3 to 12 years. Not gifted yourself? We welcome you to come along with your brother or sister. (It is not necessary to be a member of Speelvrienden).

This time there are two flyers, the one made by us De SpeelDagHB and the one we received from Geronimo Stilton. Will you hang them in your window? Or on the billboard at school or at your sportsclub?!

		Denkspellen.nl: A well known exhibitoner, René van der Zwet, will be joining us again. He brings along loads of thinking games, which you can play on site and buy if you are interested. Is there a game you would like to play? Please let us know by e-mail. We will collect all requestst and send them to René! (René has a PIN pad).
		White Goblin Games: We are proud to present the demonstration team. They hope to play and teach you all about the White Goblin Games. Experience the fun, divers and challenging games yourself. Please e-mail us all of your requests. We will forward them to Denkspellen.nl and White Goblin Games.
		FabLab: The FabLab resides in De War. They will bring the 3D printer!
		Gekend Talent: Geke Maes is happy to tell you all about the various types of IQtests used in The Netherlands. So make sure you have written all of your questions down. Take your notes with you and 'fire away'.
		Geronimo Stilton: ask this famous author to autograph your new book with a paw print. And if you like take a picture together with him.
		Ipacity: webshop selling joyfull and educational construction boxes. Have you got your own Newton reflecting telescope or magic lantern? You will find them here. Come and have fun!
		Lapidarie Amathysta: Yes the gentleman with the stones is back! Today you can facet and polish your own stone. You will be using glass plates, carborundum powder. You are welcome to take your stone home.
		Leerhulpmiddelen.nl: Is it difficult to sit still, do you bite your clothes, does your pencil keep slipping away, are the calculation tables difficult to you, do the letters move while you are reading them or is there something else that makes learning difficult for you? Search no longer, Romy Hebers has a solution for you. Your parents can buy informative books.
		LydiaCreatief: Will you come and make your own work of art at Lydia's? She has got all sorts of hobby materials, e.g. mosaic stones, Foam Clay and 3D paint. There is lot's to do and little time to do it in. Think of a picture frame or a spectacular animal or ...? Will you surprise us with your unique design? It is possible to make a precious work of art for just a few euro's.
		Musica Edu Arta: Karin van Toor presents a musical program and musical workshops. Read more aboutMusica Edu Arta.
		248 media uitgeverij: This publisher provides us with books about giftedness, highly sensitivity and more. Do you know their magazine gifted @ 248? Today they join us with a selection of their assortment. Please pay cash and pay due.
		The human body: Do you know the exact location of your hart? And how about your kidneys and lungs? Were is your stomach and is your bladder right next to it or... You can also ask all your questions about the human skeletton (how many bones do we have and what do we call them??), hormones and digestive system. Do you know that your blood circulation and respiratory system is very interesting as well. And the children who would like to learn more about our reproductive system, you are welcome as well!
		Papertrack.nl: René van der Zwet is not only bringing Mind Games, he is also bringing Papertrack. A spectacular, home build, marble track. You can try it on site and buy the size suited for you. (René has a PIN pad).
		Paul's snacks (12:00u -13:00hrs): the chip shop will be outside on the playground.
		PlatformMindset.nl: How do you deal with challenges? Do you allow yourself to make mistakes? And how does it relate to the way you think about yourself? Platform Mindset offers MINDSET workshops to both parents and children. Together you will join in a practical task using an Amazing Peace of Folding Paper! Curious? Come and join us, you are welcome!
		Route 11: The idea to develop a teaching method focussing on enhancing executional functions originates in the daily practice of a classroom. In cooperation with two basisscholen the idea was worked on and perfected. The central theme is to learn and develop executional functions and developping a realistic self image. Route11 is happy to answer all of your questions!
		Together we will build our ideal city: Architect and Creative facilitator Eugene Zaaijer helps children to develop their ideal city and makes them think about 'How do we want our society and living together develop in the future?'. There is an ongoing interaction, delibaration and building on ideas. This will make the ideal city develop and grow and grow and.... just like the children see it. Tools: spatial awareness and building why you go along, creative thinking, developping ideas, building on current views, cooperating and joining forces. Creative facilitator: Eugene helps groups of people to be creative, innovative and helps them to make their ideas applicable to e.g. educational, care environments and our cities.
		Seleniet Kunst: Artist Antoinette Elsinga joins us with two workshops: At 10:00, 12:00 and 13:30hrs 'Make your own pendant, with leather string' (material costs € 5,-). Duration 30-45 min. At 11:00, 12:45 en 14:15 'Dotpainting, ladybugs or harts' (material costs € 3,50)'. Duration 20-30 min.
		GameRoom: Play Spexxx, chess or checkers. And make sure you do not forget to try Go! There will be people here to teach you how to play these games.
		SLO: Nationaal Expertisecentrum Leerplanontwikkeling/ SLO. We present to you the FREE placemats. A Synoptical presentation of very practical information.
		Speelvrienden: This network supports young gifted children finding peers and making friends. We hope to see you during one of our activities. Speelvrienden is founded by Marjolijn Peters. Together with Nina Frerichs Marjolijn organises the SpeelDag. We would like to thank Bart, Erik, Godelieve, Marianne en Noor for all their practical support!
		Studio Wishdom: This design and consultancy agency helps you to play and stop needing/ to have to. Carola Pelder, the owner of Studio Wishdom, helps you to play. In her very own way she has developped activities for children, young people and adult to keep on playing. "Playing is fun, cool and wise". During the SpeelDagHB a part of the room wil be turned into Wizoks World. Children can take a seat and join several activities. Colour your own coloring page (free) or make something precious (material costs approximately € 5,-).
		Stilteplek: With so much liveliness around you it can be very nice to have a quiet place. The only sound here will be whispering. Take some time to read a book or just do nothing.
		WOWcoaching & opstellingen: This is the coachingpractice of Marjolijn. She will help you and your family with questions about giftedness. For example: learn how to learn, Schrijfdans (a creative way of improving your handwriting), Cognitive Functions (improving your thinking skills), Familyconstellations and trauma processing.
		IJs van Vitelli: Buy a delicious icecream (also gluten free). On the playground.

		Interactieve lezing 'De Voorbereiding op de brugklas' (11:00u, voor groep 7/8 en ouders):  Pienter, praktijk voor hoogbegaafdheid, Truus du Maine, will tell you all about the transition from basisschool to voortgezet onderwijs and the pitfalls you will encounter in the brugklas. You can click here to read more about the presentation.
		Workshop 'IQtest' (13:30u, voor ouders):  Remedial educationalist Geke Maes of Gekend Talent has specialised in testing presumably gifted children. During the workshop she will tell your more about testing: When is it expedient to test? How does testing work? Which IQtest are there in The Netherlands? Which specific points for attention are there in this target group? The importance of a broader view, regarding personality, sensitivity, creativity, mindset and underachieving.
		Workshops 'Boxdorp in rep en roer' (11:00 and 13:30hrs, for children): Carola Pelder presents a combined show and workshop. (Material cost approximately € 5,00). Katinka is 7 years old and does not like to play. She thinks it to be something for the little ones. Then something happens that changes everything. Katinka disappears into a box and ends up in Wizoks World. All of a sudden she finds herself in a magical world, where everybody loves to play. Katinka has to keep playing in order to end her adventure in a positive way... This show is an ode to the magic of play, playing and the power of imagination. De show will be combined with a workshop. Children will make a puppet of Professor Plezier. Katinka's favorite friend.
		Workshops 'Chinese' (11:00 en 13:30hrs, for children and parents): Learn your first chinese words or expand your vocabulary! (Did you know that 'Bùcuò' means 'nice'?).
		Workshop Geronimo Stilton (11:00 and 13:30hrs, for children): Make your own button or 3D StiltonFamily figure.
		Workshop 'No really, I am not gifted!' (11:00 en 13:30, adults, € 7,50 p/pers, pay at the door, workshops will take 2 hours): Noks Nauta, the founder of IHBV, will bring you along questions like: "How do you discover your own giftedness? Does your giftedness influence your work? and What do we learn from the Delphi-model?" Noks will connect at your needs. There is a new book about gifted adults. It is written in Dutch, but you can ask Noks all about it. Maybe it will expedite the translation in English. Noks is here today as a volunteer. What ever money she earnes today will be used to support the IHBV. Please pay cash and pay due, the is no PIN pad.
		Workshops 'Learn to learn' (11:00 and 13:30hrs, parents): Marjolijn Peters will demonstrate and let you experience your own cognitive functions and how to improve them using all sorts of games. These games will help you and your children to develop your cognitive functions.
		Workshops 'Mindset' (11:00 and 13:30u, children and parents): How do you deal with challenges? Do you allow yourself to make mistakes? And how does it relate to the way you think about yourself? Platform Mindset offers MINDSET workshops to both parents and children. 		Workshops 'Body Percussion' and '3D Notenbalk' (11:00 and 13:30hrs, children): Karin van Toor learns you how to make music using your body - Body Percussion! On the 3D Notenbalk you can use 'belletjes'. Children can for register if you do so we will count on your presence during the whole workshop. Rather not participate in a workshop?
